Eight consultation locations this week

Posted 19 September 2016

Eight locations around South Australia will be visited this week as part of the nuclear state-wide consultation program making its way to 100 metropolitan, regional and Aboriginal communities.

The face-to-face "drop by" style events will provide South Australians with the chance to learn the facts and findings from the Nuclear Fuel Cycle Royal Commission through a series of interactive displays, videos and fact sheets, with experts on hand to answer questions.

The consultation team will be at the following locations during the week:

19 September: Port Augusta
20 September: Quorn
20 September: Woomera
21 September: Andamooka
21 September: Hawker
21 - 24 September: Munno Para Shopping City
22 September: Coober Pedy
22 September: Leigh Creek

Each community will have the opportunity to discuss their views and provide feedback directly to the consultation team, or by filling out the feedback survey to help inform the Government's decision later in the year.
